Introduction

This is to record a memorable trip to the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival in March 2011 and to thank all of those who made it possible. In particular, to Ruth and Tony who opened so many doors for us and to the others in the party who provided such good company for the duration. I trust that the text and images will do justice to the wonderful food that we were offered and to the grandeur of the City of Melbourne.
