CHRISTMAS FUNCTION

Please bring along a plate of food each – something special –
your favourite dish. Food can be heated. APPROPRIATE SERVING
SPOONS PLEASE. Please mark your cutlery and serving spoons –
coloured cotton is great.
Bring along your own plates, knife, fork and spoon. There
will be a few plastic plates just in case you forget. Cellar
wine will be provided but if you wish bring along a bottle of
wine to share with your friends. Partners and spouses are very
welcome (and free) but visitors pay $15.00 each. DON’T FORGET
YOUR GLASSES. |

AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at Gear
Homestead, Porirua City, on Tuesday 8 February 2011 at 7.30pm
for an 8.00pm start. Apologies to the Secretary please 235 5149
or frasers@xtra.co.nz.
AT THE AGM WE NEED TO FILL SOME VACANCIES FOR OFFICERS AND
COMMITTEE MEMBERS. The President, Treasurer and Cellar-master
have indicated that they will stand again for 2011-2012. There
is a need to fill the positions of Vice-President and Secretary
(and Scribe) and we need to have sufficient nominees for
Committee members. There will be no charge for the evening.
The Cellarmaster will bring some selected wines from the
Society Cellar for our enjoyment. BRING YOUR GLASSES. |
